Elliott Properties was formed in 1995 to manage certain commercial real estate properties and to purchase and hold commercial and residential real estate notes.  Elliott Properties currently owns real estate notes, both commercial and residential, mobile home notes and develops lots and acreage for sale to mobile home dwellers.
